What is a condo-hotel?

A typical condo-hotel combines traditional condo ownership with modified hotel amenities and services. Condos are sold to individuals who are free to use their property as a vacation home. Condo owners have the opportunity to place their units in the hotel management rental program. The property management company functions as a traditional hotel operator and manages the on-site rental program for each individual condo owner.

What are the benefits of owning a condo?

Condo owners enjoy turnkey vacation home services and hassle-free property management services. Luxurious hotel amenities and services attract owners and guests alike

How does the rental program work?

The property management company is responsible for costs associated with marketing, guest reservations, front desk services and housekeeping. Owners are responsible for condo furnishings, fixtures and equipment, utilities, real estate taxes, insurance and Condominium Association fees. The Condominium Association, through its management company, is responsible for the security and operating expenses of the amenities. Owners have the right to resell their condo at any time. All rental activities must be managed by the on-site property management company.

Services

Is there on-site parking? What about valet parking?

Yes. Parking is provided free on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register all vehicles in your party with the Concierge. We do not offer valet parking services at this time.

Do you offer room service?

No. But you can order takeout and pick it up from our on-site restaurant, Traditions on the Lake.

Do you have free WiFi?

Yes. WiFi is available, and a password will be provided to owners.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes! Traditions on the Lake is our on-site restaurant, and it's open to both guests and the public.

Is the pool open year-round? Is it heated? Is it chlorine or salt water?

The pool is not currently open, but the hot tub is open year-round.

The pool is not heated, so is therefore seasonal and opens/closes at different times each year depending on the weather.

It is a salt-water pool.

Do you have a fitness facility?

Yes. The gym is open 24 hours a day.

Do you offer bike, canoe, kayak, or paddle board rentals?

Not at this time. However, you are more than welcome to launch your own canoe, kayak, or paddleboard onto Lake Hartwell. We may offer these items for rent in the future.

Events

Which amenities are available to rent for an event?

We have several venues available to rent for your event, including our mini football field, amphitheater, and several private rooms. Check out more information here.
